Sonic Adventure Coming To XBLA?

Dreamcast fans unite! A rumour has appeared on a European Sega fansite claiming to have word that a good Sonic game, Sonic Adventure, is coming to Xbox Live Arcade.

We're trying not to get excited at the prospect as there's nothing more to go on than a pic of the game on the Xbox Live Arcade dashbaord. And we all know how easy it is to fake these kinds of screens.

If true though then it also look like there's some sort of DLC planned for the title under the banner of "Extended Package".

We'll drop our friendly Sega PR man a line to see if we can get anything other than the company line.

I hope this is true, i enjoyed this game back in the DC days. Who knows, many other DC games like Power Stone, Shenmue, Jet Set Radio, Sonic Adv 2 even Chu Chu Rocket might eventualy be released on XBL or PSN, we can always hope!

I wouldn't mind a few of their racing classics like Sega Rally, Scud Race and Daytona (I know a version of this is rumored to be coming). Plus a few others like Crazy Taxi. Sonic Adventure doesn't really interest me though. I think it was the first Sonic game I bought and never bothered to finish.

Sonic Adventure is the only good 3D Sonic game really.

Man I loved my Dreamcast. One of the greatest and most perfectly designed consoles of all time. Just a pity it had a short life. Though there were many classic games during its lifespan.

You bastards Sega! I bloody sold my 360 becuase there was nothing I liked on it any more! Now you drop this? Well I hope it comes to PS3 as well.

The only way I'll buy another 360 is if Sega remakes Shenmue and its exclusive to XBLA.

Sod it, listern Sega and listern well:

* Shenmue (above all else)
* Daytona USA
* Scud Race
* Power Stone
* English conversion of Segagaga
* Jet Set Radio
* Skies of Arcadia

Make it happen Sega! PSN & XBLA, but Shenmue first! Even if you have to cancel every other game on the list make sure you do Shenmue!

Wasn't a bad game by any means, even though I personally preffered 2.

But is it just me or is it a bit weird that they'll be giving the game & extra content away for free? Rolling Eyes
