I converted to FIFA this year, the only thing I've ever based my choice of football game is how it plays (didn't overly care about the right kits etc) and this year FIFA edged it for me.
EA have really stepped up their game this gen. Dead space, Dantes inferno and FIFA are all great. _________________ MGS4 is friggin AWESOME!!

Glad I am not the only one feeling dirty over the switch.
I have owned every PES since day one, but as much as I hate to say it, FIFA 10 is just about the best footy game ever made.
EA have set the bar so incredibly high that Konami's best efforts to better it are practically the equivalent of a good looking midget with one leg wearing concrete boots trying to jump over Peter Crouch's washing line. Or something.
Don't feel dirty, people. Konami haven't made a decent game (of any sort) in years. They just rehash everything they've already done. Gone are the days they used to make really innovative and fun games like in the SNES era. Only the Castlvania DS games tend to be half decent but that's not enough, but let's face it...
Well, most of my mates seem to prefer FIFA over PES, and have for some years. I don't know myself as I don't play football games, but FIFA seems to have dominated, at least around here, for quite a while.

same here! I've been an evo man since the ISS days. I've not experienced much of the discontent of other Pro Ev fans but when I played FIFA 10 at length I felt I'd been wasting my time with Pro Ev. PES is a good football game. FIFA is football.
I don't feel dirty, because FIFA is so far superior that I feel adult enough to admit I was wrong. Nor do I feel dirty for slagging FIFA off for years, because it was proper rubbish until fifa 08, IMO
