Nintendo's first Wii game for 2010 will be Endless Ocean 2: Adventures Of The Deep, which has been confirmed for release in Europe on February 5.
The sequel has you exploring oceans and rivers as you dive in six locations including the Aegean Sea, Arctic Ocean and the Amazon.
As you dive you'll discover freshwater wildlife and take photos for nature magazines. You can also find birds and non-aquatic wildlife on land.
Aside from taking photos, missions will have you finding artefacts with your treasure detector, acting as a diving escort and healing sick creatures with your pulsar gun which can also be used to repel dangerous predators.
There are single and multi-player modes to get stuck into and you can also play online via Wi-fi connection.
it's the first one nintendo are publishing. No more heores 2 is also out on the same day as Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Can't wait!!!!!
Are you sure No More Heroes 2 is out this month? I've not seen much on this game for a while and can't find it to pre-order on any decent websites for this date either? Hope I'm wrong though!
i know its out in the US the end of this month. Not sure its a worldwide relase though. Still its not like its hard to get the wii to read US discs and it'll more than likely be the better version anyway.
I think Jan might possibly be an American release date? My fellow simian does seem to import quite a few games. Unfortunately the rest of us will have to wait.
With regards to Endless Ocean 2, it's looking pretty good. I always had intentions of buying the original but never did, to my shame. I hope Nintendo actually bother to promote this sequel so it actually gets the recognition it deserves, though it looks like they probably won't.
I got the first one for a tenner or so, never played it that much, but liked what I did play in a weird, relaxing way. Linked up with my mate online a couple of times, but you really needed voice chat otherwise it was just a chore.
One of the best things about this sequel is you can now communicate when you play co-op online via WiiSpeak. Me and My bro will be buying this one as we loved the first game.
