BioWare's released yet another Mass Effect 2 video, this one introducing feisty female squadmate Miranda.

The full game's out in Europe on January 29 and we're excited. Read our recent Mass Effect 2 interview with producer Adrien Cho for more.

You think she's a lesbian too! All my Shepards are female. Had to be.. the male voice-acting was terrible.. the female voice-acting on the other hand was superb. Miranda looks like a handful. Mind you none of the team I've seen so far look like they take orders well. I'm sure I'm wrong, but they all seem to lack charisma. I hope we end up caring about them. Oh well, not long until we find out.

Didn't seem to notice this terrible voice acting you experienced. Sounded fine to me.

I found when playing as a female Shepard that during the times you were on the Normandy without all the body armour- her character model had a REALLY long neck. It looked a little... odd.

Did anyone else notice that?

This reminds me of the intro bit of The Apprentice when all the people say why Sir Alan Sugar should hire them. Laughing

I feel the same way about the male Shepard voice acting - seemed good to me. I still get a chuckle out of the "We're going to need bigger guns" dialogue option during the *SPOILER* giant plant creature scene.

I spent a bit of time with a female Shepard (no pun intended) and if there was an edge in favour of the voice acting there it was slight indeed, IMO. Perhaps it would have been more noticeable had I played through a full game with her, but I haven't and both seemed fine to me.
