Reports into the state of the UK's broadband using the British Broadband Benchmarking Bureau set up by SamKnows, a panel of up to 2,000 Broadband users. I don't think it would be too rude to call them BARB for geeks, do you?

Published by Ofcom on January 8, 2009, this interim report highlights the key findings from the first month of data collection into broadband performance. Amongst other things, it deals with broadband speeds from the consumer's point of view.

The first report from SamKnows, released on August 2, 2008, pitted the UK's broadband companies against each other to find out which ISP gives the best service to consumers.
