I must've tried to complete the original dozens and dozens of times but never could, the enemy carrier always got the better of me. I was a spotty teenager still at school at the time though and there was a lot about it didn't understand. Still enjoyed the premise of the game mind you, taking over the early islands with the Mantas and Walrus'. Wow I still remember what they were called
I hope they pull this off and do the original justice, the screens look good anyway. Fingers crossed, and keeping a close eye on this.

I was just talking to a workmate the other day about games that should be remade and I said Carrier Command was top of my list. This is great news, can't wait to see what they do with it. I had the original on the PC and loved it, if they can maintain the sense of freedom and power the original gave you they'll be onto a winner.
This would b totally wicked. I to played this and spent most of my summer with my mate plating this. Completed it yes . But of a bummer half way through, we neArly ran out of full, we would of had to start again! Oh fond memories,the mantas, walrus's, the extra fast enemy carrier that u could never catch up with lol. Will this b on console do u think? Here's hoping
Carrier command on the Atari ST was an awesome game back in the day! I spent most of my ST time playing that and Hunter and looking back both of these games were years ahead of their time.
