Banjo-Kazooie on Games on Demand

Get Nuts & Bolts for a score
Rare's Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts is the latest Xbox 360 game to join Live download service Games on Demand.

Here, for the platforming ignorant, is the official blurb: "The heroic bear and bird return at last to defend Spiral Mountain from their nemesis Gruntilda.

"Groundbreaking vehicular platforming awaits in wild new worlds packed with features and faces old and new. Build awe-inspiring vehicles and tackle the Jiggy challenges in any way you see fit! There are no refunds for this item."

It's going for £19.99 and, in our opinion, is underrated. Give it a go, you might like it.

I agree its an under rated gem, but becasue of this you'll more than likely be able to find it elsewhere cheaper than games on demand.

Gorgeus game to look at but if ye want a Banjo buy the first 2 from Xbox Arcade, both twice as better. They should of kept this as it was.

Nah-I'm glad for the change- if you want to play the originals then play the originals.

Nuts and Bolts is a cracking game- though it can be slightly frustrating at times. I'd recommend it but not for £19.99.

You know what, I reckon £19.99 is quite expensive and you could probably pick it up for cheaper on disc.

I don't think ANYONE has mentioned that before about any of the GoD games - which is strange because it's quite obvious.

I did not like it - Quite frustrating game.

I'd like to give this a go, but no way im paying 20 quid for a digital download.
hollywood111 on 5 Jan '10
Fairly certain I paid £10 for this in Gamestation ages ago... £20 for a download, you're avin' a larf (as they say down south).

I'm one of the people who would've preferred a platform game... stunning to look at though.

I bought a new sealed copy today for £3.74 in comet/dixons (can never remember which it is) in newcastle. There was a basket with games at half the marked price.

...just checked the bag. It was from Currys

People are right, I just managed to pick this up this december online for about £11 to fill the void until all the games I want come out in the next three months.

Very much underrated. As is the Viva Pinata series.

I gave it a go already in the demo, not my thing, sorry, I rather buy the two Aracde Banjo games first, the real BK, before I spend money on this.

i thought the game was great, not sure where the haters are coming from,i wasn't overly keen on the vehicles but the game was still fun and very nice to look at(and the Vehicles weren't always needed)

i wouldn't mind buying it again someday, but it wont be from Games on Demand,I'll get it for half that price(prolly less) from the pre-owned section in Game or HMV
