Super Monkey Ball Step & Roll trailer

See how it works with the Balance Board
Here's a new trailer for Super Monkey Ball: Step & Roll which is set for release on Wii on 12 February.

This is the first time a Monkey Ball game has utilised the Balance Board and, as you can see, you'll have to shift your weight on the board to move your monkey.

However, if you don't have a Balance Board you can control your monkey with the Remote and Nunchuk. Have fun and remember, don't spank that monkey too hard.

I had no idea that was how the new monkey ball was controlled.

I hope they don't muck it up like the last several versions.

Then again the owners of balance boards are also the owners of Wii Fit. It'll be rubbish.

I loved the first Super Monkey Ball but never went back to the series. I also liked the ball tilting game in Wii Fit - so there's no reason for them to mess this up? Is there? Hmmmm
