Lionhead man spills the beans on third game's motion support Fable III will support Xbox 360's Natal motion cam, Peter Molyneux is reported to have said.... read more
It's good that CVG chose to downplay the "micro-transaction" part of this interview. Hopefully to save us from a lot of moaning.
Uh oh...what have I done?!
Spill the beans altitude...?
Anyhoo's, Natal support in Fable 3 is a given, im actually interested to see what Peter can come up with, i think Natal might suit the RPG genre quite well. _________________ Gaming since 1992. God do I feel old.

Yeah, I read that.
Personally, I'm not too fussed either way. I think we all knew that Natal would definitely be incorporated into Fable 3, so that's no surprise (and could be very cool). When it comes to paying for things like swords and other items, I just hope it's something that won't detract from the game if you choose not to buy anything - because I highly doubt I will.
Still, it's Fable.....I'm interested, regardless of Natal or Micro-Transactions.

I think maybe it's best I don't
OK....basically he's looking at including shops in-game where you can perform micro-transactions. You could buy a sword for 1, was his example. _________________ XBL: aLTiTuDe

Ahh Peter, there is always talk of grandiose and innovation whenever he talks about Fable, as long as they are optional and do not impact the Story or Gameplay in anyway, who cares? _________________ Gaming since 1992. God do I feel old.

I know - but you know what CVG is like. Who cares, you ask? About 20 people ready to jump down the throats of MS _________________ XBL: aLTiTuDe

Yup - it'll no doubt be an 'outrage' to all those that have no interest in this game.....or don't own a 360....or just don't like Vista.

Is it just me, or is upcoming Natal 'game' Milo and Kate looking less like a clever interactive interface, and more like a morally-dubious grooming simulator?
HHHmmmm, I played fable two for the most part, when I got home after a hard nights drinking, or playing other games and drinking, usually more than a little worse for wear. I don't particularly relish the Idea of being able to buy dlc straight from the shop. what if the lady in the shop has lovely (insert your own here) and I get beer goggle eyes and buy all her crap and realise its my own real world gold coins I have just paid her for "The lost Farting sword of Bowerlake"..or something fablesque like that..
I can imagine it will be a nicer more flowing way to enter the dlc experience, but do think this will be a great way for Microsoft to stiff hapless off their face idiots like me out of money without them knowing.....
Blast. Well, if there's a way to play the game using only a proper controller then all is well. If on the other hand you have to use any form of Natal at all then I guess I'm out. _________________ My Machines...Xbox360(Premium), Ps3(60gb), Ps2, Ps1, Dreamcast, Sega Gamegear, Desktop P.C, Laptop P.C
