More epic Command & Conquer 4 screenshots have appeared on the internet. Here they are.
The screenshots, spotted on German site PCgames.de, show the final Tiberium chapter's mobile bases and hulking mech units at work.
C&C; 4's set to include new class-based gameplay (attack, defence or support) and persistent player progression with experience points and all kinds of unlockable goodies.
Looking really good, although some of these units look utter crap, for example that GDI turret looks a little poo. Also i get the feeling the game looks like a merge between Generals and Red Alert 3, either way the concept is awesome.
The game is a disjustice to C&C fans. There is no base building, no harvesting, you are limited to the number of units you can build and the types of units based on the class you play. Play Defence class and you're stuck with infantry!! Fans are angry, the game developers don't care! Check out the official C&C 4 forums for the huge outcry from fans and ignorance from the developers.

Yep, which is why I don't have any plans to pick up "Starcraft 2" until a discounted, bargain bin version of all three chapters is available X amount of years from now (if ever). These screen shots do look quite juicy, but I expect that C&C 4 will come with the same limited activations and atrocious SecuROM DRM as it's predecessor did. That means I wouldn't touch it if they gave it to me for free.
We should go back to Command and Conquer Zero Hour. Best version because you didn't have the crappy "command limit". Drop the graphics and show us some gameplay cos the last version was utter s**te.
