Activision is pulling YouTube videos of Kurt Cobain singing other singers' songs in Guitar Hero 5.
Usually this wouldn't sound too strange, except last month, Courtney Love said she was going to "sue the shit out of Activision" for Cobain's use in the game - specifically the ability to use the late singer to perform other artists' tunes.
"My last account was permanently disabled due to (I think) Activision," one YouTube victim testified (via Kotaku). "Right before my account was shut down, the Kurt Cobain vid was removed due to copyright claim by Activision Games Inc."

Further more, if you search for Guitar Hero on YouTube you'll land thousands of results, so Activision's not exactly up in arms about internet users recording the game.
Could this be a precursor to Cobain being restricted, through a patch or update? It's looking suspicious.
