Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is coming out this this Friday on PC, PS3 and 360. That's a lot of war for a lot of people. We'll have some direct-feed footage from the final game later this week but here's an official launch trailer to tide you over.

Here's a clip from PC Zone's review: "Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising doesn't have save points, it uses checkpoints. Whoa there, hold on a minute. Don't go slouching off, grumbling about consoles and whatnot. It's not that bad. These checkpoints actually work. They don't always work, but they do the job better than the solitary save game in the first game did allowed."
few things i forgot to say, OMG this game looks S*XY, is anyone else sad that there is no split screen? it seems to being dieing out in a lot of games, finally does anyone know why Australia is getting this released on the 15th and why everywhere is it is the 9th?

Usually ratings within Australia take a while longer then other places, ..as they are so anti-violence, in a sense.
