Scene It heads to Wii, PS3

Bright Lights! Big Screen! goes multiplatform
Screenlife and Warner have revealed that the latest iteration of Scene It? (Microsoft's Buzz rival) will be the first in the series to go multiplatform.

Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen! will be the first game in the franchise available for Wii and PlayStation 3 alongside a 360 release.

"Previous success on the Xbox platform combined with casual gaming's explosive growth create a tremendous opportunity for Screenlife to bring its unique brand of entertainment trivia game play to millions of new consumers," says the release.

Trivia content will include recently released 2009 movies as well as movies from the last four decades, while game improvements are said to be:

  • Thousands of new questions
  • A new and improved single player option
  • Party play modes
  • Many new puzzle types
  • 12 all-new player avatars
  • A simplified game interface
  • A new, entertaining game host
  • New, unique mini-game content

Screenlife has also inked a deal with Warner that will see it become the worldwide distribution of Scene It? Bright Lights! Big Screen!

What are the chances of it supporting Buzz buzzers. Don't really want another set!

360 is losing exclusivity of Scene It???

This akin to PS3 losing exlusivity of FFXII - No, BIGGER THAN THAT even

Apparently it will come with it's own. Maybe they'll release a patch so you can use the Buzz controllers.

Whatever this should be DLC anyway.
It's a better game than Buzz but lack of much DLC makes it rediculous.
Maybe MS will wake up and make a quiz game with some support and better controllers that work like Buzz (small wireless stick instead of the cable and IR) and maybe even so they use the 360 batteries, now that would be worth buying.

Maybe we can thank the xbox360 for the fact that ff13 looks worse now than it did before.

I have both consoles so I'm no fanboy but its a funny thread and as the genius mentioned the ff13 comment thought I would follow it up.

Or maybe you can thank Squaresoft Enix for blowing smoke up your backside with unrealistic target renders.

I had the James Bond Scene It! DVD game, and got to a stage where I could remember most of the answers, so I think I'll pass on this....
