I'm on my 3rd playthrough with my "me" character. Did one as Paragon, another as Renegade and this one as my DLC-enabled open game.
The thing is, the DLC for this has been MIA for so long, the game has been put on the shelf by most people now they're waiting for the sequel. Unless this has some kick-ass stuff added, I can't see me picking it up - and I'm a massive fan.
Survival mode though? Sounds a lot less RPG and much more Gears of War :) not sure whether i'll bother getting this. At least for a while. Been thinking of replaying this and bioahock again, just before the sequels come out then i'll be right up to speed.
Have they confirmed a release date for either yet of is it still a vague 1st quarter 2010 deal. Excellent! I'll be buying this for sure, I even bought that iPod release last night. Don't judge me too harshly, as the iPod was a gift! I noticed this yesterday, completely by accident, but never got a chance to get online 'n' say anything. Definitely getting this as of day one! Mass Effect is my favourite game, and three new achievements means I don't have them all anymore!!! :x :lol:
I dn't know bout Bioshock2 but I've seen a few dates for ME2 earliest being jan 10th n latest being march 31st!?!?! :? Heres hoping for the earliest! :D Mass Effect is also my fave game this generation. Still need to get 4 of the Ally achievements, but I'll defo be getting this DLC if it's a neat 400 MS points like the last. That would be nice!!! 400 MSP and a whole lotta awesome gaming!!! I wonder if u get a nice gift at the end of this one too? Also, when it will take place, will it be like BDTS, or set after the citadel battle!?!?! I kinda hope the later is true! Hope this comes out soon!!! :D I absolutelly love Mass Effect. I am on my 4th play.
I really hope the new DLC is set after the ending of the first Mass.
I dont own an ipod touch so i cant play the game released for it. Altough i have the books that are meant to bridge the gap between the first and second game but i would actually like to play it.
Im sure im not the only one in this situation... I am reading the books at the moment, only about half way through the first but I'm really enjoying them it's nice to have the backstory about Anderson fleshed out.
I suspect this DLC will be similar to Bring down the Sky in that you'll have to have a game active...I'm currently on my 5th playthrough (my first three I failed to get any ally achieves) so I'm aiming for them now! |
