Here's hoping it's decent. Wow, if the article wasn't tittled "Red Steel 2 screenshots" I would have been really confused as to what game it was. Looks interesting though, was a fan of the first so shall keep an eye on it! I'm loving the look, I hope the gameplay, story and enemy AI are good too. I'm loving the new style of the game but am worried on two fronts:
1- That the motion control be exact 1:1. I'm really not a fan of this mimicking certain slashes and swipes
2- That it might be very repetitive. Watching some of the walkthroughs from E3 it did seem to be isolated combat to isolated combat against very similar enemies. this looks alot better than modern warfare on wii and looks like a really good 360 arcade game. thats what i thought too.
the control is 1:1 according to a hands on a couple weeks back form kotaku. |
