32 elf men stabbing cartoon blood out of each other. Sounds pretty good doesn't it? Well that's what we've been up to in the Fat Princess beta and we've got some videos to prove it.
It all gets a bit chaotic on screen, so below each video we've explained what's going on and what we're trying to achieve. We say 'trying' because without a decent team you just get mobbed and murdered. And that happens a lot. Good laugh though.
The primary aim is to get your princess back from the enemy castle, while stopping the enemy from doing the same.

Preparation first - we set off to gather resources like wood which can be used to upgrade the hat-spawning machines. Wearing these hats decides your player class. Oh, and we feed the enemy princess so she's fatter and harder to carry away.

Time to infiltrate the enemy castle. You can build springboards or ladders to help scale the walls of the castle and nab the princess. But you won't get far without helpers - as you'll see.
From the looks of it, the game seems very easy and accessible yet somehow has a sort of depth to it. It is sort of a cooperative RTS action game. I think it looks brilliant. Sony seem to have really gotten their act together lately and now I find myself asking MS where are the games this year?
