Maybe I shouldn't be giving MS ideas on how to charge more.... I always said to myself I'd be willing to pay for my avatar to wear COG armour but in my head I'd hoping it'd have been Marcus' and that lots rather than the 'lower ranking' lot like Carmine, so right now not so sure... Screen 104.
:oops: Im buying it :oops: . Totally lame having to buy this stuff, unless its damn cheap. Should all be unlockables you get through playing games or reaching certain GS levels. GF likes this feature though each to their own i guess its not cheap. The monkey island le chuck costume cost 340points sans hat. which is extra. I'm sure some will come out that are unlockables, they've done it with gamerpics so I'm sure it will follow. Doesn't 'Spolsion Man already have this sort of things? I've already got the remote control warthog, I literally had the 320 points that it costs left on my account (you know what it's like with these points that stay on your acount forever because it just never adds up) and I have to be honest and say it was a pretty pointless purchase which I feel stupid for making however, I would buy some clothes for my avatar, not game related clothes but branded clothes (adidas etc) if they brought out football kits I would definitely buy my teams kit. Splosion man does have "Awards" (new category in the xbox guide that shows the awrds you get for games) but currently for me it just says "your awards will appear here" I don't know if that's because I haven't earned the award yet or that because it's only the preview this feature isn't fully unlocked yet. BTW 'Splosion Man is a great game and it was nice to get a premium theme for completion of the single player game. Now my wife's avatar in an Arsenal shirt and hotpants mmm mmm mmm mmm.
But can you see how the guys still get better than the girls by way of clothes. |
