Nintendo DS WINS

DS sells more than all other consoles combines in June
Nintendo has dug deep through the latest set of NPD results and pulled out a few winning facts for DS and DSi.

According to Nitnendo's release, "In the United States in June, DS and DSi combined to sell more than 766,000 units, more than all current-generation consoles combined. US consumers purchased more than 424,000 DSi systems and more than 342,000 DS systems in June."

"More consumers continued to gravitate toward products that offer quality experiences and great value for the whole family," said Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America's executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. "Consumers again selected Nintendo systems for those experiences, particularly our hand-helds."

Nice. I will buy one sometime soon for M&L3, maybe a Pokémon game and Golden Sun.

Only a Lite though. I'm not seeing the "i" potential just yet.

 There's no beating around the bush with that headline. Now to see who 'wins' in the forum.

Impressive stuff.
I agree, however, with RumbleThunder, I'm really not "getting" the DSi

Wins what? Was there a competition?
Love my DS though

Just bought a DSi myself, upgrading from a DS phat. Imported from Japan - got a limited edition Crystal Chronicles one, so I probably just helped Satoru Iwata and Yoichi Wada on their way to@World domination lol. When the war between Square Enix and Nintendo begins, which side will you choose?

Seriously, though, what J/RPGs do You all recommend for it?

what do you mean when it comes out here. Its already out in the states. so import it. Its ace!

I'd highly recommend getting the ace attourney games for it. Not jrpgs but definately the most charming games on the system.

final fantasy IV is definately worth a look too.
