"The IL-2 Sturmovik: Birds Of Prey homepage acts as both a news hub hosting all the latest assets and trailers, as well as a reference point for newcomers to get up to speed with the game. Details of a further 13 aircraft featured (from a total of 40 in the final game) include the P-47 Thunderbolt, Spitfire Mk IX and the eponymous IL-2 Sturmovik. Visitors can click on 'The Planes' tab to learn more about the fighters and their involvement in the aerial battles of WWII."

Any news of a PS3 demo?
Posted by Jensonjet
The only news I want to hear, and it'll be the difference between me buying this game or not is:

Have the developers realised that looking around by pressing and holding the right thumbstick is awkward to the point of unplayable, and should allow players to customise the controls to suit ourselves, allowing us to use buttons and thumbstick controls that we want, and more specificially not having to press and hold thumbsticks!

Thumbsticks can be clicked, but unlike triggers which are confortable and easy to continually hold, continually holding down thumbsticks while moving it IS WRONG! It's uncomfortable and ultimately unplayable. Which is why 99% of games avoid this action. Sort it out, please!
