This game is looking better each time I see it. I still think Bioware's KOTOR MMO will be my first foray into this genre though, followed by APB if that turns out good.

The unfortunate thing about the MMO genre is that irrelevant of the story, the characters or the setting, they always end up being about beating the top-level enemies for better equipment. Once enough people get that top-level equipment, you burn through an expansion against new top-level enemies for new top-level equipment.

I wouldn't even mind so much if someone would come up with a combat system that makes you feel involved, not just "auto-attack on, ability 1, wait, ability 2, wait, ability 1, wait, ability 3, auto-attack off", collect loot.

APB is a little different since it's all PvP, but the MMO genre is dead to me for now.
