Bit lame adding perks for the many people who have already reached level 30. I'm on 28 atm and want to spend one of my 2 remaining parks on mysterious stranger :\

But I'm very much looking forward to this!

i imagine the perk wont require you to spend a point from level up, it will be just like the perks in the other dlc and already ingame like Ant Might

hopefully. i didn't bother leveling up after broken steel so i've still got a couple left to go.

Haven't been that impressed with most of the new perks. Most of them just seem to be cheats to get achievements easier.

Also why you waiting till now to get mysterious stranger. I can't count the amount of times that guy saved my ass.

fair doos. He's rather cool to see in action. I think the higher your luck stat the more he appears too. Definately my favourite perk.

I'm glad this is the last DLC. Bethesda needs to get fully working on ESV.
