The Transforming Churches Network works with pastors, lay leaders, and congregations to identify the congregation's strengths and build on those. They also identify areas of weakness and create a plan of action so the congregation can again be united in its mission to reach the lost in its community.
TCN is a newly formed corporation in the State of Tennessee which has applied to the IRS for non-profit status. In cooperation with LCMS World Mission through its Revitalization Task Force, TCN has developed a process for assisting congregations revitalize its mission focus.
