They're not going to choose ComicCon of all places to announce a new Halo or Gears game - so Blinx sounds about right. My immediate thought was a new Viva Pinata, until I remembered it's on the DS as well. Well if MS want to get a foot in the casual market with Natal, they'll need a more friendly mascot than Master Chief! Personally I hope it's a new game from Rare starring Conker, if it is a resurrection of a mascot. Not too sure if he's suitable for children though... Blinx! Blimey, I had forgotten about that game. I remember buying that one for the missus but she found it far too confusing.
I wonder what this new game is? Other than the Halo's and Gears games, I can't imagine. Please God, no...not Blinx.

Fable 3, surely? Ha ha, a new Fusion Frenzy! That would be really really really really great. Can't wait, I will be at Comic Con with the magazine that I work for, looks like there'll be a few game reveals, hopefully some more of Avitar A new Perfect Dark would be nice, but like, a good one.

Like someone mentioned, if they want to really shift the Project Natal idea, they need a mascot.
Master Chief is more for the serious gamers, so something like Banjo, Viva Pinata, Perfect Dark etc, would be a pretty good bet.
Where did the idea of Blinx come from though? Since when was that a top franchaise? lol I think it originated from Kotaku. They had a picture of the forgotten feline linked to the story. I hope they don't know something we don't in this case! Marvel Universe Online!! :) Mass Effect DLC? Didn't BioWare promise to release some before the sequel hits?
