Ask me left one! I can see myself buying all of these, but Monkey Island and Shadow Complex are definitely the standouts for me. 8) A great looking selection with Shadow Complex and Trials HD getting my points first.
Oh and a word to LucasArts...whilst Monkey Island HD is a great addition, any chance of Grim Fandango or Day of the Tentacle guys, now they were great, funny, adventure games!! :D MvC2 and the turtle ninja gang for me please, I'll try the trials for everything else. Surely a better line up than last year's? Not that I'll be shelling out 1200 points for either Turtles or MvC2. The latter I already own on the Dreamcast so owning it again with another shit pad to use, well erm, no thanks.

Woo and indeed Hoo! Shame i now just been made redundant from my job, now how can i pay for points to get these great-looking games :( just gonna have to be a little selective. They have some great prizes on offer, just have to make sure you get in and win! :) Bad news mate, and unfortunately there's a lot of people in the same boat as you at the moment but hopefully you'll find something else soon...and like you, and despite still being employed (thankfully), I'm definitely finding I have to be a lot more selective about any game purchases. Lol, yeah i was gonna have a go at it anyway, hopefully get some points that way :) just will have to have my fiancee with me, as shes loves the show, good at the questions etc. I know, im not the only one in my position, and luckilly my fiancee still in good work and we are not in any seroius debt or house troubles etc so proberly a bit better than others. Im sure it will all work out and i will not be game-starved
:) MUCH better than last years lineup, are CV hittin the crack pipe again?! I'll definitly be getting Turtles In Time, although 1200 points is pushing it. I was looking forward to Turtles In Time but at that price I won't be getting it.
I thought the date for Turtles was 5th August and Splosion Man 22nd July? 1200 points is £10. You can get decent full retail games pre-owned or off eBay for that. I'm afraid im not a patsy who compares these prices to the £40-50 retail games go for in shops, cos I don't pay that.
800 a piece and I probably would've been interested in the lot, but 1200 points is a moral issue that pushes my buttons. |
