Anyway, no idea what that resembles, though they are trying to give out a message. I'm also in the camp of that it was an S rather than a 5 but time will tell. i think it was Kotaku who said that the 'G' that you said..which is actually the wrong way round to be a lower class g(because it doesnt look like a capital G)...could actually be @...the others being 35E...(yes the 5 could very well be a S)
and then they came up with '5@E3'
and of course that lead to the inevitable 'MGS5 @ E3'
who knows if they are right...all will be revealed
and if it is that Lord of Shadows thing,that has already been announced If Kojima is working on Lord of Shadows, it'll be interesting to see what he brings to the table. He has always said he didn't want to just do stealth action so working on this would provide that change of pace.
That 'G' on the Konami teaser site looks more like a lower case 'e' as it closes off at the top not the bottom.
The teaser site could be poiting toward that Metal Gear Existence game, which got copyrighted by Konami way back when. Best bet is an MGS4 expansion, with extra Raiden missions and, dare I say, trophies? watching kojima's "next" countdown, i have the message alternating between "5E3" and"5e3", although the lower case e doesn't seem to pop up that often and sometimes not even as the e in e3 I'm still going with mgs4 SUBSISTENCE (S for subsistence, hmmmmmm) or whatever s world it could start with, cuz they've done that with the others. I believe it's only a matter of time (maybe 100 whatever hours) until it's revealed. I don't think I have ever remembered this much "teasing" if it's a add-on to an existing game. The odd looking backwards G in the letters at his teaser website is a symbol for "Snake" in japanese.

if you look to the right of the image you see a fence its sorta modern so it has to be mgs5 or a new franchise :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink: All I am seeing on some other forums is some very nervous if not arrogant PS3 owners. So what if this is going to be a 360 thing. PS3 wont die if it looses the MGS exclusive deal. um what does it have to do with MGS? :roll: This news is (probably) about Lords of Shadow.
And I don't know why PS3 users should be nervous, the next MGS game isn't gonna be 360 exclusive, multiplatform maybe, but making MGS 360 exclusive would make no sense at all as all MGS fans are PS users, so yea, no worry, MGS will stay with PS He didn't say it was going to be 360 exclusive he said it will not matter if the PS3 loses MGS as an exclusive and comes to the 360 as well. As long as it's not another Metal Gear Solid game I'll be happy enough to play it. Everyone by now knows my views on MGS...Stale...Stagnant...Now-Unoriginal...
