Uniserve will not be responsible for interruption of service or inability to secure required domain name(s) due to client's failure to pay initial domain name registartion, setup fees, annual domain name maintenance fees, and/or monthly charges incurred by hosting your domain name with uniserve. All domain name transfers and new .ca registrations are subject to an approval process by the administrative contact listed on the domain name. If the registration or transfer fails a $10 processing fee will be charged.

Domain name payments are non- refundable. Once a domain name is registered, the WHOIS database stores the information which is kept there for the period of registration expires. Payment will not be credited back. In the event there is a misspelling of a domain name, while being registered online, you as the customer must register the correct spelling of that name. There are no refunds issued for misspelled domain names.
