Organizational Loans

LCEF makes loans to congregations, schools, seminaries, colleges, partner churches and agencies of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. These loans, provided with the partnership of investors throughout the church, are making ministry happen.

LCEF strives to make the loan process as easy as possible for the borrower. The Helping Hands in the Lending Process booklet has been made available to describe the steps in the loan process and the responsibilities of the individuals who will assist during the process.

LCEF provides financing for Construction, Lines of Credit, Mortgage, Unsecured, and Refinance Loans. LCEF also offers other specialized loan programs to help meet the needs within your ministry. Your LCEF loan officer and/or escrow officer will help you with questions and consultation at each step of the loan process. For information, call 1-800-843-5233.
