Loans to Helping to Fulfill God’s Mission

LCEF is your lending partner! We offer construction and permanent loans to new and existing congregations, schools, recognized service organizations, and partner churches around the world. For your next building project, partner with LCEF. We have loan dollars and ministry-focused services available to help the church as it seeks to fulfill God’s mission.

Terms of the Construction Loan are as follows:
Helpful hints to accelerate the loan process:
  • Rate is fixed during construction.
  • All rates are 1 percent above the adjustable permanent rate.
  • Written to allow up to two years to complete project.
  • Loan fee of 1 percent of new money up to maximum of $15,000.
  1. Complete loan application.
  2. Review application for complete and accurate information, including important date, property information, contact person, etc.
  3. Locate “Articles of Incorporation” of borrower.
  4. Does survey of the land exist?
  5. Forward any existing title work with loan application.

Escrow disbursing is a service provided by LCEF to the borrower to assist in the construction project. An Escrow Officer collects from the borrower the necessary documentation to establish an LCEF Dedicated Savings Account for the purpose of tracking and disbursing the building fund dollars (collected by the borrower) and the construction loan dollars throughout the entire building project.
