The "Flower
Wars" medals.
Before WW2 Hitler's Germany was
involved in 3 military actions that were almost bloodless because of the
Allies reluctance to do anything that might spark a war and in some
cases because pockets of the populations involved actively in helping
because they saw Hitler as better than what they had or because they
considered themselves as German.
The 3 medals all had the same obverse
with a date on the reverse. The 3 actions were the Annexation of
Austria, occupation of the Sudentenland paving the road for the
annexation of Czechoslovakia and the "Return of Memel"
Each one had a different ribbon.

WWII
PARADE MOUNTED MEDALS - very
interesting grouping that probably belonged to a Political Leader who
saw no combat but was involved early on with the Nazi Party and its
early invasions.
- First medal is a War Merit Cross
without swords and looks like it may have been the last medal placed
on the bar. This one also has the hanging ring sewn to the ribbon
with lots of black thread sewn around it trying to hide it.
- Next one is a 10 year N.S.D.A.P.
(NAZI Party) membership, this is the bronze medal with the brown and
white ribbon.
- Next is an Entry into the
Sudentenland Medal, this one is different in that it is not bronze
but struck from aluminium with Prague Castle bar.
- Annexation of Austria Commemorative
Medal, 1938.

wolf hook over swastika with oak leaves. The back side shows around the
top edge of the circle the motto of the NSB in gilt "Hou En Trou"
and oak leaves on the bottom edge. The centre of the disc has the name
"Mussert" and "1941."
The ribbon shows the Dutch National
Colours. From left the right the ribbon colours are sky blue, white with
thin orange strip to the centre, white and sky blue. The
