Notes & data source information
Be Unlimited caused a stir in 2005 by launching the UK's fastest broadband - a 24Mbps ADSL2+ product. In 2006 Be were acquired by O2. Since then Be's LLU network has grown considerably, and O2 launched their broadband product on the back of the Be network in Autumn 2007.
Be/O2 very kindly provide the site with daily updates of their unbundled exchanges list.
NOTE: This information pertains only to the LLU (Local Loop Unbundling) activities of O2 / Be Unlimited.
The provider may also offer broadband services using other technologies (most commonly BT Wholesale ADSL services),
but this is not included on this page.
- Based upon implied line length, which is calculated by taking the straight line distance from
the exchange to the premises and then multiplying by 1.4
- Coverage maps are regenerated automatically at least once per week
