The Godfather II gets launch day multiplayer patch

EA has announced that The Godfather II will receive a launch day patch that adds a new multiplayer mode.

The new mode will be 'Don Control', which features a 16-player scenario that allows you to gamble money earned from the single-player mode. You can also spend your money online to recruit a virtual family.

The Godfather II already has four multiplayer modes across six maps, so this is a cool bonus from EA. The Godfather II will be released on April 10th.
