Resident Evil 5 has become the fastest selling game in the series as it topped the UK charts.

Resident Evil 5 outsold its predecessor, Resident Evil 4, by just over 3 to 1 (although the comparison is a little unfair because Resident Evil 4 was originally only available for the GameCube).

Xbox 360 owners have been doing their bit too, as 55% of the sales are for the 360 version of the game with the other 45% being attributed to the PlayStation3 version. It's also the largest all format seller we've had this year.

All of which is an elaborate way of saying it's selling very well. Given the sales figures indicate most of you will have played it, what do you think of Resident Evil 5? Has it lived up to your expectations?
