Hopefully they leave out the evil DRM, although looking at their earlier comments I'm guessing they will throw it in anyway. It is the reason I don't buy a lot of PC games anymore. Ironically I was a legit purchaser of games prior to the whole DRM affair. I just got fed up of being told the disc wasn't in the drive or other random messages when I had bought the bloody game.

I could never wrap my head around Sim City, just couldn't see the fun in the games at all!?!? But my sister is a Sim City fanatic so I'll send her this link and she can take look. Having looked myself, it looks nicer then Sim City, but the same.
