I think Konami have just a little bit more of a case considering they started making rythum games way before harmonix showed up. Plus Nintendo Released the Bongos ages ago and Sega obviously had the Maraccas for Samba De Amigo. How do these patents ever get passed.....? Surely it's a gameplay element type thing. Does Rock Revolution not use wither GH or RB guitars? Don't think it comes with one of it's own.
And GH uses the same concept, but it was Harmonix who first developed GH then went onto EA and RB. Block sales of Rock Revolution!!!!!!
You mean someone may buy it!!!! They would?! Wow that is something new that i learned. Anyway lol dont act suprised that they aint going against activision. They both got the top music series games and since their hardware goes hand in hand(you knwo i can use the drums from WT on RB2 and vice versa) so why go agaisnt someone you actually got support from.
