How do I turn on my subtitles?
If you are a Sky customer, you need to activate your subtitles by pressing the Help button on your remote. If you are a Virgin Media customer, you may need to use the 888 Teletext function on your TV. Freeview customers can activate their subtitles by enabling the subtitles option in their set-up menu.
How do I turn on audio description?
This service is only available on MTV ONE at present. If you are a Sky customer, you can activate the audio description by pressing the Help button on your remote. If you are a Virgin Media customer, you need to activate the audio description option in the set-up menu.
When can I watch sign-interpreted programming?
We have regular sign-zones across the following channels: MTV ONE, MTV HITS, MTV BASE, MTV DANCE, TMF, VH1 and VH1 CLASSIC. Please check the What’s On listings for more details. Remember, you can always Sky+ shows that are on too late for you.
