War: the prints of Otto Dix Showcases Dix’s war portfolio Der Krieg of 1924, a collection of 51 acquatint etchings. Consciously modeled on Goya’s equally famous and devastating Los desastres de la Guerra ( The distasters of war), the portfolio captures Dix’s horror of, and fascination with, the experience of war in a work that has been described as one of the most powerful anti-war statements in modern art.

The exhibition reveals the sophistication and splendour of the Islamic courts in the archipelago. Royal heirlooms recall a glorious past when wealthy courts, enriched by the spice trade, competed to demonstrate divine blessings through earthly power and material luxury. Lavish ceremonies of the life cycle, such as circumcisions, weddings and funerals, were testimonies of faith and power when displays of fine gold and silver royal regalia and invincible weapons of state, encrusted in precious stones, dazzled the audience.

John Constable (1776–1837) is one of the foremost English landscape painters, renowned for his ‘pure and unaffected representation of nature’. This exhibition will provide an opportunity to see around 100 works by Constable, including Salisbury Cathedral from the Bishop’s Grounds 1822-23, A boat passing a lock 1826 and The Vale of Dedham 1827–28, as well as many of his remarkable cloud and sea studies.

This unique product provides flexibility and versatility as you can add up to seven arms on the stem to create numerous lighting configurations. The candelabra has a stainless steel stem with a base and arms of anodised aluminium. Sold as a pair with two arms $165. Additional arms can be added and purchased separately for $55.
