Reproductions and Copyright

Reproduction of works of art

Where the Gallery does not own the copyright in the works of art being ordered the Gallery will supply (wherever possible) the last known address of the copyright holder, so publishers may obtain appropriate copyright permissions. A copy of this permission must be supplied to the Gallery before the Gallery will release relevant photographic material. Any fees requested by copyright holders are the responsibility of publishers, and are in addition to the Gallery’s fees and charges.

The Gallery accepts no responsibility for images reproduced without a copyright holder’s permission.
