The censorship debate: an interview with Frank Watters

Frank Watters, a director of the Watters Gallery, has shown Richard Larter's work for over four decades. When the artist first came to prominence, Watters played a pivotal role in the anti-censorship debates that ensued from the sometimes controversial content of Larter's work.
