Unfortunately most of us know someone whose life has been touched
by cancer. You may even know someone who is living with cancer or
has sadly died of a cancer illness recently.
We at Action Cancer are committed to saving lives and supporting people affected by cancer in our community.
We must raise £3.6 million per year to
operate our life saving services. By making a pledge to support
us you will be doing your bit to fight cancer.
|
You can help us save lives now and into the future. Your donation
can help us fund awareness campaigns which promote early detection
of cancers, which if caught early can be treated successfully. Your
donation can also help us fund world class cancer research at Northern
Ireland universities - in recent years Action Cancer researchers
have made significant advances in understanding how cancer spreads
through the body.
Your donation can also help us support people in Northern Ireland
who are living with cancer.

Here are a few ways you can help
FUNdraisers!
Action Cancer is funded entirely by voluntary donations. All funds are
raised with the support of a dedicated band of FUNdraisers. If you think
you could be one of those special FUNdraisers

legacies
Considering a bequest in your will is one of the most powerful things you can do to help Action Cancer in the future.
A legacy left to the charity will enable us to continue our detection,
health promotion, support and the funding of vital research for a cure.
As we receive no government funding, a legacy is a valuable source of
income for us. If you have not already done so, please consider a bequest
to Action Cancer in your will.
Email legacy@actioncancer.org to request information or ring Action Cancer on 028 9080 3344 and ask to speak to the legacy information
officer.
