Does anyone feel our government is taking advantage of us?

A thought occured to me recently. America seperated from England basically because they didn't agree with the government. So they come here wipe out the natives and start a democratic government. In our preamble the first few words are "We the people..." at the time this was wrote, the authors were common people like us. Now the government is more like England. We the people don't agree with half the crap the gov. throws at us and when we voice our opinion we get locked up or go missing. Don't be stupid any more America. We must stand for our beliefs like our fore fathers before us. Our gov. is no better than England. Where's all my tax money really going? Roads? Education? BullShit. The roads are tore up. The education system is completely ******. You can't follow the religion you want without your kids being taken away. More and more police are becoming corrupt. Can't afford gas because Bush is making millions. We the people need to stand up for our rights. Let's take control again!

Gabykawa we're Americans. We're suppose to be a country of democracy not liberalism. That is my point. Only "We the people" can change this we have to act on this NOW!!!

I so agree with you, we do need to take back control. As an American citizen I feel like we are being pushed out of this country by illegal immigrants, and our government is letting them, I worked for a farmer who replaced about 9 employees with illegal Mexicans because they would work all day and night for 8 dollars an hour and the boss didn't have to pay taxes on them, they were dirty and perverted, I quit because I couldn't take the harassment anymore I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't understand what they were saying, but that sh*t really makes me mad. Plus we paying $4 a gallon for gas, because Bush keeps letting the people who have stocks in it trade it up to top dollar, when are we going to get a president in who is going to be on our side and stand up for America once again we had a great country, and now it is turning into a third world.

How is that a mother of 4 can go apply for food stamps and get denied assistance because she makes $8 an hour, when a group of illegal Mexicans sit right next to her with 6 kids and get free health care free food, free cars, that's not fair they don't pay taxes, and the people who are paying taxes are getting neglected because they are American, I so agree with you we do need to fight back or we Americans will be no more.
