1. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and the District of Columbia and who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees and directors of TNA Entertainment Inc., New Motion Inc., (“Sponsor”), and KS Promotions, Inc. (“KSP”) (individually and collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of this Promotion, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and printing suppliers for this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children & spouse), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employers and directors are ineligible. By participating you agree (and if you are a minor your parent/legal guardian agrees) to these Official Rules and the decisions of KSP, the Sweepstakes Administrator, and/or Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Promotional period begins on 4/23/07 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”), and ends on 7/31/07 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) ("Promotional Period").

3. ENTRY
There are two ways to participate - Text Message and Internet:

(a) Watch for television announcements on Spike TV and text the word DATE to 76000. While text message participation is designed to work with most major wireless carriers, Sponsor cannot guarantee any particular wireless service will be compatible with this Sweepstakes. To participate using text messaging, your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages. Wireless service providers may charge a fee under their cellular service contract or service provider agreement for each text message sent and received in connection with the Sweepstakes. You may incur text-messaging charges in connection with attempted entries and corresponding error messages even if their attempted entry does not go through. Consumers are responsible for all fees incurred through their wireless phone service, for text messages or otherwise, associated with participation in this Sweepstakes.

(b) Free method of entry online: To enter the Promotion without using a text messaging capable cell phone, visit mobile.tnawrestling.com, look for the link to the TNA Mobile “Win a Date with Christy” link and complete the online registration form as instructed.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. No responsibility is assumed for any computer, telephone, wireless, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled, lost or dropped transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net/wireless accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.

4. DRAWING
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, text message, or regular mail within approximately three (3) days of the drawing dependent upon method of entry. Drawing will take place on or about 8/13/07. Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of KSP, an independent judging organization, whose decisions on all matters related to these Official Rules shall be final. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with one of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable.

5. PRIZE/ODDS
(1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2007 TNA Hard Justice wrestling match in Orlando, Florida where the winner will have a dinner date with TNA Knockout, Christy Hemme. Trip consists of round trip coach air travel from a major gateway airport near the winner’s US residence Orlando, FL; a total of 2 days/2 nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Doubletree Hilton; ground transfers; two (2) tickets to Hard Justice Show at the Universal Orlando Impact Zone; and $500 spending cash. Trip must be taken between August 11, 2007 to August 13, 2007 and booked 30 days in advance. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $2000.

Location of date with Christy Hemme will be as solely determined by Sponsor and up to 5 hours in length. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the date should any activity or behavior is determined to be unsafe, dangerous or compromising in any manner whatsoever and date will be monitored by TNA Chaperone. Date is subject to availability of the TNA Knockout. Travel dates, times and accommodations are to be solely determined by Sponsor, and are subject to restrictions and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Trip must be taken on the dates specified. Winner will be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary insurance, and is responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and any other costs or expenses not stated in these Rules. Actual value of a particular trip may vary, depending on final itinerary and any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. In the event that a prize trip component is not available for any reason, Sponsor may award to winner either the value of that component or a substitution of equal or greater value for that component and the remaining elements of prize trip, and such awarded prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.

Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason. If winner cannot accept prize as stated the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. All Federal, State and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Prize winner and guest must submit to a background check. Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification will result and an alternate winner selected. Where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor, (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to Sponsor’s authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notification, approval or review. By participating, participants (and participant's parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor), releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, KSP, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted.

Sponsor and KSP reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, in their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site; to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant entering via the methods set forth above, the authorized account holder of the cellular phone or email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” of an email address will be deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sponsor will seek to have any fraudulent activities prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor and KSP are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor and KSP are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor and/or KSP, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, KSP, OR THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE mobile.tnawrestling.com OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

For Official Rules mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "OFFICIAL RULES" for receipt by 8/3/07. The name of winner may also be posted at mobile.tnawrestling.com.
