If you did, how did it work out for you and who pays the travel expense for them to get to where you are either from the US or overseas?

Generally speaking, you're better off taking care of your children, and not trusting strangers. It could be dangerous, the hidden evil in people could come to the surface when alone and you don't know what could happen when you're not there.
The problem is that we've become a two-working parent society either out of necessity, out of feminism or both. That's all have to say about it.
