RESOLVED: QLD Service Interuption - ADSL2+ :: 15/07/08

There currently appears to be an issue with our ADSL2+ wholesalers in QLD. We are attempting to find out more information and obtain and ETA. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Update :: 9:27AM :: Due to an unplanned event, a major fibre network link between Sydney and Brisbane has been interrupted. This may affect QLD ADSL traffic (unable to authenticate). This may also affect some telephony traffic between Sydney and Brisbane. Our wholesalers engineers are currently investigating and we will endeavour to provide further updates as they become available. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Update :: 11:15AM :: Engineers are on site and are investigating resolutions on both affected links between Brisbane and Sydney. Unfortunately there are no further estimated restore times as yet.

Update :: 12:30PM :: We have been advised that these link problems have been rectified. Once again, we apologise for the downtime.
