What does this mean?

i'm reading a book, in it it describes a woman who is "rolling her bones". what on earth does that mean? and no, she's not dead. she's listening to music.

I think it means she is smoking pot. As in "rolling a joint"

My interpretation is that she is listenning to music and exercising. Such as Yoga exercise or Tai Chi with music. ^^
