Mr. Whitbeck is an international lawyer who has practiced in New York, Paris, London and Jeddah. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, he has written many articles regarding Middle East peace, with a particular emphasis on Jerusalem. A book of his articles, The World According to Whitbeck, was published in Washington, 2005. He has also served as a legal advisor to the Palestinian negotiating team in negotiations with Israel.
