City Hall - Corporate and Charity Events

City Hall, one of London’s most spectacular new buildings, is home to the Mayor of London, the London Assembly and the Greater London Authority.

Located on the south bank of the Thames near Tower Bridge, this unique building is able to offer commercial hire of one of the most prestigious reception and dining venues to be found in London.

London's Living Room is situated on the top floor of City Hall and offers a modern minimalist style coupled with spectacular views across London. It is a perfect setting for drinks receptions for up to 250 standing guests and dinners for up to 100 seated guests. Via the external walkway, guests can enjoy an exclusive 360° panorama of the London skyline.

Charity events

The Mayor of London supports 26 fundraising or outreach events each year by granting selected charities free use of London's Living Room or another appropriate venue in City Hall.

Bookings are allocated for each financial year, and are now being taken for the period 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009. For further information, or to submit a booking request, please email living.room@london.gov.uk. The deadline for applications is 31 December 2007.
