Corporate Governance Handbook

A handbook for understanding and finding all the documents, reports and strategies that govern the work of the GLA

Corporate governance is about making sure the GLA is run in an open, fair, and correct way.

The GLA Corporate Governance Handbook is divided into six sections, each concerned with a particular aspect of the work of the Mayor, the London Assembly and the GLA.

Each section lists the GLA's objectives in that area, corporate governance requirements and the individual elements that are in place to meet those requirements. The elements include documents, processes or events, with links to further information where available.
