Saturday,      July 14      10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday,        July 15      Noon - 8 p.m.
Monday,        July 16      10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Exhibitors may have entry to the exhibit hall one hour before exhibit hours.

2) Exhibitor Badges

Each individual exhibiting at the convention is required to wear a name tag and ribbon supplied by the convention. All booth workers must be registered. Each 10-by-10 booth entitles you to register two workers. Additional name tags are available for $5 each. Exhibits must be continuously staffed by badged personnel during the exhibit hours.

3) Security Service

Security will be furnished by George R. Brown Convention Center (GRB) staff when the exhibit hall is closed. Neither the management of the GRB, The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod, nor the decorator, or their agents will be liable for any personal injury to the exhibitor, its agents or for the safety of exhibits against theft, damage by fires, accidents or other causes.

Exhibit Space and Exhibits

1) Assignment of Space

Assignment of space is the sole responsibility of the LCMS. Factors which will be considered include:

• Nature of the exhibit
• Products or services to be displayed or represented
• Amount of square feet purchased
• Amount of space available
• Date application and fee are received

The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod makes the final determination on the appropriateness of booths, exhibitors and displays in the exhibition hall and elsewhere in the Convention Center and its adjoining properties, and retains the right to remove any material deemed inappropriate.

Space is assigned exclusively for an individual organization and is nontransferable. No part of the booth space may be sublet. Products and services cannot be in direct competition with the goods and/or services provided by companies in the LCMS National Contract Program.

It is expected that exhibitors conduct their business consistent with the objectives of the Synod. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide, where possible, a strong and clear witness for Christ in promotional takeaways for exhibit visitors.
