Dr. Campbell's primary focus is the expansion of Black Ministry in The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

Rev. Campbell holds a BA in Philosophy from Concordia Senior College, Ft. Wayne, IN; a Masters in Divinity from Concordia Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO; and a Doctorate in Divinity from Howard University, Washington, DC.  Dr. Campbell has written two books "Future Family, Ethical Directives for African Americans and Others", "Dare to Dream, Dare to Do" and received many honors and awards.

Rev. Campbell has served in urban parishes for more than 20 years:  Berea Lutheran Church, Baltimore, MD; Our Savior Lutheran Church, Indianapolis, IN; and St. John Lutheran Church, Detroit, MI.  He has also served as instructor of philosophy at Coppin State College, Baltimore, MD; Martin Center University, Indianapolis, IN; Concordia University, Ann Arbor, MI; and also Systematic Theology instructor for Concordia Theological Seminary's Delto program at Concordia College, Selma, AL.

Rev. Campbell and his wife Rose have three wonderful sons, Phillip, Yari and Matthew.  They are also blessed with three beautiful granddaughters, Ariel, Zenia and Kiuanna.

Dr. Willie P. Stallworth, Sr. was called to be the principal of St. Matthew Lutheran School, St. Louis, Missouri, where he served for fifteen years. Under his leadership, the student body grew from 90 students to 190. His objective is to prepare children spiritually, academically and socially for life in the 21st century and beyond; to lead by example; promote realistic goals; and establish clear vision for setting and achieving goals.

He received his undergraduate degrees from Concordia College, Selma Alabama-(A.A.) (81), Concordia Teacher's College in Seward, Nebraska-(B.S.) (83), and he also, holds a degree in Urban Teachers Education from the Cooperative Urban Teacher Education Program (C.U.T.E.),Rock Hurst College-Kansas City, Missouri (83). He received his Master  in School Administration from Concordia University, River Forest, Illinois (93).  He received his Doctoral of Letters from Concordia University-Seward, NE (2005). He was awarded the "Outstanding Leadership Award" by B.L.A.S.T. at the 2002 Black Ministry Family Convocation. He is recognized for his gregarious leadership for schools and school leaders in Black Ministry. Dr. Stallworth is the author of numerous articles, essays, reviews, and book chapters.

Dr. Stallworth served on the Board for Black Ministry Services for six years as chairperson for Education and Recruitment before accepting the call of Director of Education Networking with Black Ministry Services. He served as Director of Education Networking from 1998-2006 and subsequently as the Associate Executive Director.

Dr. Stallworth along with Dr. Richard Dickinson, Dr. Frazier Odom and Dwight Dickinson started Great Commission Lutheran Church-St. Louis, MO where he shares pastoralship with them.

He is founder of Black-Ministry's Lutheran Advisory School Team (B.L.A.S.T.) and the Schools in Black Ministry Teacher's Conference. He serves on the Strengthening Schools and Congregation (SSAC) and School Cabinet for School Ministry- LCMS, and is a consultant for Early Childhood Ministry- LCMS.

As a hobby, he enjoys working with his hands restoring antique cars and renovating houses.

Dr. Stallworth is married to Claudia. Their household is blessed with six sons, Clifford, Willie, Jonathan, George, Bryant and Virgil.

Rev. Quentin G. Poulson

Rev. Poulson received his Master of Divinity degree in 1993 from Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary, St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada.  Rev. Poulson was ordained on September 5, 1993 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Philadelphia, PA. He has served as pastor of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church-Charlotte, NC since February 2000. Rev. Poulson has been very active in the affairs of the LC-MS. He has severed as the LWML (Lutheran Women's Missionary League) Chaplain for the Carolinas District. He has also been involved in advocating for church workers and their families with LCMS Ministerial and Growth and Support. Rev. Poulson recently delivered a keynote address at the 2007 Black Ministry Educator’s Conference titled “Healthy Lutheran Educators.”
