What do you class as mental abuse and what do you class as physical abuse?

Mental- you good for nothing, peace of crap, looser, you'll never amount to nothing, you're horrible, lazy.

Physical- any type of unwanted and hurtful contact

Mental is anything that lowers the self image of another person such as name calling etc. or it can be from lack of attention, lack of love, humiliation, and the list goes on.

Physical abuse is contact intended to cause pain, injury, or other physical suffering or harm.

mental abuse is verbal words that are being used towards you or person like putting you down cursing and saying all kinds of words and you dwell on it thinking that something is wrong with you and you let any and evreyone talk to you any way with no feed back and physical is when hands or objects is being placed on you like him or her beating on you with hands throwing you up on walls or down stairs using objects like belts rope shoes etc, i hope that you are not going through any of this if you are please get out of it so many people get hurt bruised and die or being paralized from this and they are afraid some cant leave their homes if they do they are on i time frame please dont stay with nothing like this ok take care
